Markwell is a Shopify app that adds structured data to your store, so Google can show your price, stock, ratings, shipping and returns with your products.
Structured data is the information search engines read to understand a product page. Most stores send Google an incomplete or duplicated version. Markwell sends one accurate version.
Prices, sale prices, stock, sizes and colours, barcodes and brand, set up the way Google's merchant listings expect.
Read from your Shopify data each time a page loads, so a price change or a sell-out shows up straight away. Nothing to sync.
Your theme and some apps add their own product markup. Markwell removes the duplicates, so Google sees one version, with no theme edits.
Add your delivery cost, delivery time and returns window once. Google may show them alongside your products.
Uses the ratings your review app saves to Shopify, including Judge.me, Okendo, Loox and Reviews.io, and stops using them if the review app is removed.
A daily check emails you if Markwell is switched off in your live theme, for example after you publish a new theme.
Set up takes a few minutes. After that there's nothing to maintain.
One plan with everything included. No product limits.
Does it slow my store down?
Markwell's markup is built into the page by Shopify, with no extra requests to other servers.
Will Google show rich results for my products?
Google decides what to show and when. Markwell makes sure what Google reads is complete and accurate.
Which stores does it work with?
Any Shopify store using an Online Store theme. It doesn't work with headless storefronts.
